Summary – Real Estate Agent

Driven Properties, a Forbes Global Properties member, is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious property brokerage, delivering exceptional real estate solutions to clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. The role demands strong networking skills, market expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to provide clients with expert advice on market trends and property values.
• Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms to attract potential buyers and tenants.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and conditions, and finalise agreements.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all transactions comply with local legal requirements and company policies.
• Build and maintain a robust network of clients, industry contacts, and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Leverage CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices.
• Real Estate and/or Property Management certification (preferred).
• Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).

Employment Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)
• Compensation: Up to 70% commission payable, uncapped.
