Summary – Project Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, excellent leadership abilities, and in-depth expertise in civil engineering practices and project management tools. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Feasibility Studies and Compliance: Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, ensuring designs align with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to translate project visions into actionable plans.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to keep projects within scope.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting inspections to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and conduct risk assessments to mitigate financial and operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with significant experience in the GCC region.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
