Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through cold-calling, advertising, and networking.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on real estate market trends and provide clients with timely insights and advice.
- Property Valuation: Conduct property valuations to determine competitive market pricing.
- Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiations: Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive client and property database.
- Sales Strategies: Develop innovative strategies to enhance the value of properties for sellers.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value sectors like automotive sales.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Well-presented, punctual, and honest.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally.
