Summary – Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – Digital to join our Industrial & Energy Technology team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering tailored digital solutions, managing sales processes, and driving business growth. This role involves leveraging technical expertise and a deep understanding of the energy and industrial sectors to secure enterprise digital deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate best-in-class sales processes for digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment and non-OEM assets.
- Deploy principles of Key Account Management to drive growth and safeguard existing business relationships.
- Work closely with other business units to identify and close enterprise digital opportunities.
- Manage intricate sales processes involving multiple internal and client-side stakeholders, addressing technical, financial, and logistical aspects.
- Collaborate with the Regional Services Sales Team to integrate digital solutions into the broader services portfolio.
- Handle large, challenging markets across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technical products or solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, particularly in rotating equipment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation, demonstrating ownership and execution skills.
- Familiarity with Key Account Management principles and enterprise sales strategies.
