Summary – Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – Digital to join our Industrial & Energy Technology team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering tailored digital solutions, managing sales processes, and driving business growth. This role involves leveraging technical expertise and a deep understanding of the energy and industrial sectors to secure enterprise digital deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate best-in-class sales processes for digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment and non-OEM assets.
  • Deploy principles of Key Account Management to drive growth and safeguard existing business relationships.
  • Work closely with other business units to identify and close enterprise digital opportunities.
  • Manage intricate sales processes involving multiple internal and client-side stakeholders, addressing technical, financial, and logistical aspects.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Services Sales Team to integrate digital solutions into the broader services portfolio.
  • Handle large, challenging markets across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technical products or solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, particularly in rotating equipment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation, demonstrating ownership and execution skills.
  • Familiarity with Key Account Management principles and enterprise sales strategies.
