Our client is a premier full-service marketing company in Dubai, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client campaigns and in-house digital strategies. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a talented team of digital experts, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring that the company remains a leader in the digital marketing landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Campaign Strategy: Develop and oversee custom digital marketing strategies for clients, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to meet their business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators to execute high-performing campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and regular reports to clients.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling blogs, video scripts, and other media that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Website Optimisation: Work with the web development team to ensure all client websites and landing pages are optimised for user experience and lead generation.
  • Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new opportunities into client campaigns.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of running successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is not necessary but preferred.
