Summary – Talent Acquisition Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join its People & Culture department in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies, and fostering relationships with recruitment partners, educational institutions, and potential candidates to position the property as the employer of choice in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute an annual talent acquisition strategy aligned with the hotel’s goals and staffing needs.
  • Oversee daily talent acquisition activities, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other distribution channels to attract top talent.
  • Conduct final-stage interviews for internal and external candidates to ensure alignment with the brand’s values and culture.
  • Prepare and send letters of intent and offer letters while managing correspondence with applicants.
  • Manage internal transfers and promotions in collaboration with department leaders.
  • Advise and support department heads in formulating effective talent acquisition and succession planning strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with leading hotel schools and universities, spearheading internship programs in collaboration with the learning and development team.
  • Provide training sessions for department heads on recruitment platforms and best practices.
  • Generate corporate reports, including quarterly turnover reports, and maintain the manning guide to ensure staffing levels align with budgeted headcount.
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring operational excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
