Summary
Our Client is a renowned name in the premium hospitality sector, and are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent development, and employee engagement within a world-class organisation known for its commitment to excellence.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager and People Development Lead, the HR Intern will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives across recruitment, training, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the training plan logistics, including booking rooms, catering, and tracking attendance.
  • Answer colleague queries, redirecting them to relevant HR team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure regular filing.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in onboarding international hires, including hotel and flight bookings.
  • Filter CVs and conduct initial phone screenings for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in managing the training plan logistics, including booking rooms, catering, and tracking attendance.
  • Maintain and update training reports.

About You

The ideal candidate for this internship will meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take the initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
