Summary

Our client, a 5-star resort in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and enhance their online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies, engaging content, and impactful social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract guests.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role offers the opportunity to showcase creativity while optimising digital platforms to meet marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the resort’s goals, leveraging platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
  • Create and execute a detailed social media calendar, crafting engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop high-quality, visually appealing content, including photos, videos, blogs, and reels, that highlight the resort’s unique amenities and experiences.
  • Optimise the resort’s website for search engines to boost visibility, manage microsites, and enhance user experience and conversions.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, travel businesses, and local entities to expand reach and attract diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, website traffic, and social media metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Strategically market the resort’s special events, seasonal offers, and unique packages to drive attendance and bookings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative flair.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
